Laurel Virtual Serial Driver is appointed for emulation of one, two or more (up to 200) serial streams. Hardware devices are not necessary. This product is based on Windows XP DDK and doesn't require using devices of other manufacturers. The whole product is created with the help of Microsoft tooling.

Laurel Virtual Serial Driver realizes full emulation of Serial Port functions, connected with each other with the help of NULL-MODEM or full cable, including DTR, CTS, DSR, RTS.

Universal Document Converter allows you to convert any document (created in program with printing support) into a graphic file in popular format. Thus you can transfer files with one computer to another or send by e-mail and open it with simple graphics viewer. The main advantage is that you can open document without the program in which it was created. Universal Document Converter is managed by Windows as an ordinary printer. It saves into BMP, GIF, JPEG, TIFF, PCX, DCX graphic files formats. How to use Universal Document Converter. UDC is managed by Windows as an ordinary printer. That means that after you install the program, you wouldn't see *.exe file you can launch. Instead of this you'll find a new printer called Universal Document Converter in you printers folder. Then using it is very simple - in any program with printing support press print button and select printer Universal Document Converter. Then you can specify image type, dpi and other settings (please refer to Help file for more information on this). The program will save the document as an image in folder you specify.

Almanac gives you the capability to determine the times of rising, setting, and meridian transit for the sun, the moon, and the planets. It also enables you to calculate the beginning and ending of astronomical, nautical, and civil twilight. The results of the calculations are formatted and written into a text editor. You can perform all common editing functions and save the data as a text file. The formulae used in Almanac assume an ideal horizon where the intersection of the sky with the apparent plane of the earth's surface at the observer is the horizon. For rise/set calculations, the observer has zero elevation so that the horizon is exactly 90 degrees from the local vertical. Refraction of light passing through the earth's atmosphere tends to make objects appear higher in the sky than they actually are. This effect increases as an object's altitude decreases. Almanac assumes average atmospheric conditions in compensating for refraction. Lunar parallax changes the perceived altitude of the moon because the observer is not at the center of the earth. Parallax makes that the moon appears lower in the sky. Almanac compensates for this effect. Parallax for the Sun and planets is small enought to be ignored for this application.
